Tablet regesterone 5 mg twice a day to be started 1 week from your expected date of period till u want to postponed your menses.... Ones you stop tablet u ll get menses in next 3 to 4 days... U might have a lil heavy bleeding Regesterone is a hormonal tablet so might experience lil bit of bloating , abdominal discomfort or pain ,Nausea headache
