Hello there, Lariago contains Chloroquine, a medication used to prevent and treat malaria in areas where malaria is endemic. It is included in the World Health Organisation's list of essential medicines, the most effective and safe medicines needed in a health system. You may please take it as prescribed by your doctor. It won't harm you.
Next Steps
Just take care of personal hygiene. Keep the surgical wound site clean and dry. It is most effective in preventing any superinfections by bacteria. The swelling would probably take some time to disappear completely. Wishing you a speedy recovery. God bless.
