Can I give my dog a medicine which is combination of meloxicam and paracetamol tablets????? Is it safe??

Meloxicam is commonly used medicine for dogs but paracetamol is not like that not all veterinary doctor preference it. But both can be given only after the pet is completely analyed by the doctor. If used in wrong dose or without veterinary doctor's Advise, then it may cause dangerous side effects.
