Çan i use aclotop sp as anti inflammatory medicine. I had swollen lymph nodes in back of neck for six months.

Kindly dont take pain meds without a reason ... If the lymph nodes are present kindly look for a cause ... Ask ur doctor .. get an FNAC and ultrasound ... Only after a proper diagnosis is made proceed further

Yes this drug is usually given as anti inflammatory anti odema drug. Regarding the lymph node , it is always advised to do a FNAC and rule out any other conditions.
