Medicine not working in dibities

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My wife age is 34. 40 days ago she was having pain in legs we checked her sugar it was 357 we all shocked, I taken her to pathology here HbA1C was 10.9 and fasting was 328. Same day we taken her to one of the best dibities specialist Dr G S Sehgal. In three weeks he changed medicine 3 times but no improvement. She is taking all the precautions including morning walk and evening Yoga. But today still it is 259 fasting sugar. Medicine name Cyblex M 30, Cyblex M 60(twice),

Is your wife having any symptoms of having high sugar levels ? I am wondering she may not have type 2 diabetes at all. She may well have a condition called LADA or may have early stages of type 1 diabetes. It means that you wife would eventually need insulin to get the sugars under control as none of the medications likely to work as the main underlying problem for her is insulin deficiency and it can only be treated with insulin replacement
