Medicine for stomach ache for 2 month ol
My daughter is 59 days old.
She have not passed motion from yesterday and I feel she have stomach ache
Please suggest me some medicine soon

In an exclusively breastfed baby not passing stool for one day may be normal. But we need to check for abdominal distension, vomiting, feeding, general well being of the child. Kindly consult a pediatrician online or in person
