Asked for Male, 40 Years

My transplant done 6 years before by steroid free methods. But during follo up in other hospital they start steroid (omnocortil 5mg/ day) now along with this I am taking pangraf 1mg 2 -0-1 Cellcept500mg. 1-0-1 Amlong 5mg. 1-0-0 Arkamin 0.1 MCG 1-0-0 Ramipril 2.5 mg. 0-0-1 Onderomet 2.5/500. 1-0-1 for diabetics My creatin level is. 1.4 Now my question is can I stop steroid? Should I avoid grapes or grapes juices life long? What are the other foods I have to avoid? Please give me an answer

You should avoid grapefruit as long as you are on Pangraf (Tacrolimus). There should be no restriction of food, if you consume indian veg diet. Regarding steroids, you should make up your mind which doctor you are going to follow to for rest of your life. Then that doctor is to decide about steroids
