Can I take Ranidom-O syrup with 8 hours gap? And should I have it empty stomach or after eating ? My doctor has told me have it twice a day but 12 hours is difficult to manage can I make it 8 hours ?

Avoid spicy foods Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach..use more of curd and butter milk. Drink plenty of water.
