It looks like a normal healing bruise (green color is part of healing). No ointment needed. You can do cold compress for 1–2 days. It will settle on its own in few days. If swelling increases or eye symptoms come, then show to doctor once in person.

Need to be examined by doctor..please take consultation from Pediatrician near by.. Most of the injuries like mild abrasions and soft tissue injuries won't require specific treatment..you can use Syrup Paracetamol according to the weight of the child if any pain is there
