Asked for Female, 22 Years

I got prescribed a light antibiotic for a breakout of acne I got on my foreheads. The doctor gave me month long supply but said to stop taking when it cleared and take 2x/day until then. Went away in 3 days, but a few days later came back. Can I restart again inconsistently (i.e. one/day instead of two?)
