I take diazepam for anxiety as I get that and struggle with stress, I also get anxiety dreams so I think the diazepam helps that. Would sleeping tablets be better than that and just use diazepam for the anxiety. What is the best way to switch from taking sertraline at night to the morning? Will I have bad side effects or get serotonin syndrome?

See BZD like diazepam are  not the first line treatments for anxiety disorders...They have high potential of abuse, incoordination, memory impairment in Long run....So sertraline after discussing with your Psychiatrist will be a better option...Don't self diagnose and self medicate plz....It takes years for a doctor to decide best for you...surfing internet doesn't have that competency...Also you can shift from morning to evening or vice versa as suits you...done
