Hello.......You must visit dermatologist once.. Hormonal changes and imbalances can cause temporary hair loss. alopecia aerata, scalp infection, other conditions , excessive hairstyling,are the other possible causes...... Examination is required to diagnose the cause. Omega 3 is harmless..
