Medical termination of pregnancy

Hi, We already have one child and now i am running with the 5th week of pregnancy. We don't want to continue this, upon gynecologist advice i have taken mife 200mg 36hrs before and now i have taken miso 4 tablets together. Cramping started but after around 35mins i had big vomiting. Now no cramping, no spotting and it's been almost 2hrs since I took medicine. What could be the status of the fetus, my baby can still be healthy inside? Can tab mife alone work for termination of pregnancy? Thanks for your answers.

Mife alone doesn’t work If you have taken miso orally then consult your doctor as another dose is needed If miso was taken vaginally then wait for bleeding to start
