In Lipid profile test There is hyperlipidemia, means excess of lipid molecules into blood. In CBC report Showing slight increased of lymphocytes which indicates a chronic disease. May be due to excess of lipid in blood from long time ago.
Next Steps
Avoid fatty and oily foods. Don't start modern lipid lowering medicine immediately. Lipid increased slightly. It may subside by taking proper prevention  and avoiding strictly of oily things. Start to take Ginger extract about 50ml with some honey daily early morning with empty stomach. You may start T. Live52 An Ayurvedic medicine to correct the metabolism in liver. After 10days , repeat your lipid profile.
Health Tips
Start regular physical exercise. Do spot running for a minute of three set with few seconds rest between each set. Start slight dieting if possible.
