Hi, we are registering for child adoption and one of the requirements in the process is to procure a certificate from a medical practitioner to certify that I and my wife are fit to adopt. How can we procure this?

Simply go to general physician .he will examine both of you,and also he will take all medical history and after that he will provide you fitness certificate .
