I need medical certificate for myself from an MBBS doctor for applying for swimming .so what would be the process and how much does it cost for certifying me.im fit and I know swimming but to get an admission I need physical fitness certificate.so please help me how to get the certificate.

GIVEN BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JURIST DEPARTMENT OF GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL, APPLY FIRST,
AFTER SOME PRIMARY TEST THEY PROVIDE YOU CERTIFICATE.
IF SOMEONE KNOWN TO YOU OF THAT HOSPITAL YOU CAN BETTER MANAGED.
