You main problem is posterior horn of medial meniscus tear as acl sprain is grade 1 and does not require treatment. As for your posterior horn of medial meniscus, you can try with exercises and non weight bearing walking for 1-1.5 month to try to heal by itself and it may heal. But if it doesn't heal by then then you might have to go for meniscus repair that can be done upto 3 months after your injury. After that the healing chances of meniscus becomes really bad. If meniscus has not healed then you will have pain and meniscus acts as the shock absorber for the knee which if not there in right position it may lead to early onset arthritis. I hope I have answered your question
