My kid is 14 months old. He has got measles rashes all over his body. I want to know what should be his diet? He's not eating anything. Also, can i give him bath daily?

Regular bath is good. Avoid soap as much as possible. Can visit your pediatrician for any supplement of vitamin and also for examination as lot of complications associated with measles.

Have you shown to your pediatrician? Is measles rash confirmed? Because 9 months MMR vaccine would have been given to your child. Rule out chicken pox as season is there now. Give milk and fluids like coconut water and soft diet like Ganji, Idli,curd rice, ragi malt etc.., Hope this helps.
