Meal quantity for 9th month and nonveg
Good morning doctor, my daughter just stepped into 9th month can I offer boiled egg yolk (one whole. Egg) also how should i offer as my daughter didn't get her teeth yet also how many meals and how much quantity each meal should be offered? And can I offer curd / yogurt to baby (refrigerated and kept outside for 2 hours and so) and my daughter birth weight was 2.5 kg now 7.1kg is this normal am feeling low and guilty, as shes not gaining weight also my daughter is completely on breastmilk since birth never offered formula pls help thank you, milk flow is good as of now touchwood thank you

Boiled egg can be given once in a day 1 small size bowl of meal can be offered.(around 1/4 of adult meal quantity) Curd /yogurt can be given Weight is normal Breast feeding can be given upto 2yrs

Continue breast milk till 2yrs if possible. Weight gain OK.
Next Steps
Can give egg yolk and white. Even non veg food as good in iron, zinc. All mashed well. 3 times a day. 1/2 cup each meal
