MDR Tuberculosis
I have Extra-pulmonary intestinal MDR tb and I am on a 24months MDR TB treatment from RNTCP so I have completed almost 23 months of treatment and my all reports are TB negative and culture negative and I am totally healthy, So all I wanted to know can I end my treatment a month before? I cannot tolerate these drugs anymore and I want to end it ASAP.

No. You can't stop the treatment before the complete duration of adviced course. If u stop the treatment before it's prescribed time most chances of reoccurrence with more sever then before.
