My period is 6 days late, ive taken multiple pregnancy test all coming back negative. but feel symptoms such as a bit of morning sickness as well as a bloated-like feelings, extra tired. Same symptoms i had with my first child. Can it be too early to detect if im pregnant?

Repeat pregnancy test after 4 days.if still negative,no need to worry it can be due to acidity.
