1week ago I started feeling it. It slightly hurts and starts pumping everytime I laugh, cough and sing. Does treatment is necessary?

Yes treatment is necessary for any sort of herniation. A neglect is associated with many complications over the years and one of them is strangulation of the herniated part in its opening. So it's better to get appropriately checked and surgically repaired accordingly.
