I am on my 5th month pregnancy and from second month I am feeling difficulty in sleeping. Many suggested to sleep on my left. But if I sleep on my left I am getting nerve pain throughout my left part from hip to toe. If I sleep on my back then I am not able to turn to any side unless someone helps me to turn my hip to left or right. I was suffering from disc bulge also before pregnancy. Vericose veins are paining and it wakes me up in every night. I lost my sleep from 2nd month and I am getting frustrated day by day. Any solution to this?
