Maternity belt
Hi I have delivered last year feb and started using maternity belt from March (1month later as I had c section ) . I am still using the belt regularly (6days a week ) . When do I need to stop using the belt .. ?

There is no side effects of the belt, it's for reshaping your body. If you feel your body is now in shape you can stop to wear it otherwise you can carry on to wear and also needful to do some exercise for your body shape and for healthy life.
