There is nothing like how many times a week numbers.
If you don't do at all .....it may end up in night fall problems.
If you do more number....you may compromise quality of masturbation which may result in PE and/or ED etc in long run in addition to unnecessary preoccupation with sexual thoughts.
My suggestion is about one or two times a week.
