Hi... These habits might be a consequence of a repressed sexual need or it may simply be a consequence of a poor routine, lack of motivation, poor social interaction, etc. Sex is a basic human need and it cannot be efficiently replaced by porn, masturbation, etc. Paid sex is also not a very good replacement because it takes away the component of feeling wanted by the opposite sex, as you know the other person is with you only because s/he is getting paid to do so. Rather, it is better to go into a mutually acceptable relationship which has more than sex to offer each other.
