Masturbation
How to avoid masturbation because of this body pain and too much weakness and tried lot for stopping this but unable to control. Any suggestions or medicine for this ??

for masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition.  Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness.  You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening.  All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

25 years young individual will have intense sex drives due to his youth and high levels of circulating sex hormones. The pleasure given to such male by sex or masturbation is very rewarding and gives extreme pleasure. People tend to repeat the same act to get same pleasure again and again. But one can control/reduce such frequency by self control and diversion. Please put a ration method to do only on weekend or so. Make masturbation as a pleasurable event instead of meaningless routine ritual.
