Masturbation habit
I am 35 years old married man with a 5 years child. My height is 5 ft 6 inch and weight is 62 kgs. My wife and me get very little time to do sexual intercouse and we normally do once or twice in 2 weeks. As per my previous habit i do masturbate 2 -3 times a week. Is masturbation ok for health? Recently for last 1.5 yrs i am facing severe hairfall problem also. I do not have other health problems overall except controlled cholesterol and thyroid problems, gas and digestion problems and little hiatus hernia. Please let us know whether this masurbation frequency is ok for my health or not? Can i increase this frequency or i should decrease. Also please let us know oral sex is ok for me and my wife because we like to do that.

Thanks for sending across your query. Masturbation is a healthy activity, it is harmless expression. Masturbating 2-3 times a week is normal, but anything in excess may affect your health. Masturbation has nothing to do with hairfall, there may be other reasons like: Thyroid, stress, constipation etc. For Hiatus Hernia you may consult your nearest urologist. Yes you can have oral sex.
