Hi my age 21 iam addicted to watching porn and doing masturbation in last 2 years lot of problems efected hair fall ,muscle loss ,low bone calcium so I Stopped masturbation in 4 months but I don't control my feelings and EVVRY MINUTES I THINKING ABOUT SEX AND PORN I dont consatraion on my STUDY no subject was recorded in my memory studying time also thinking porn how to stop this.
