My friend did mastrubation, he frequently goes to toilet, this happens only when he does mastrubation, after mastrubation he feels lost sensitivity in penis, main problem is frequent urination, this happens for 10-15 days and then stops, urine burns when he goes to toilet.

Just check if he's having any Acidity/ gas trouble. That can cause urinary burning sensation and frequency after masturbation. If he's not having any Acidity/gas trouble, then, urinary tract infection needs to be ruled out.
