Mastrubation as Compulsion
I am 22 years old.I have been doing masturbation as my compulsion for my unwanted sexual thoughts on my girl friend,I have been doing it daily since 8 months.I can't concentrate on anything,what ever i do they are racing into my daily activities and making me feel uncomfortable.I am stuck with these thoughts and these are not letting me do any work related to my mind.

Masturbation is a healthy habit. Not a sin of disease and doesn't cause any weakness. Watching porn has I'll effect on your brain. Reduce it and relieve your self 2-3 times a week.
