Masterbation and pregnancy

Asked for Male, 23 Years

If I masterbate and ejaculate on my hand or finger and then I touch the same hand on outer vagina and rubbing without inserting the finger and there is no sexual intercourse and hymen is intact, is there any chance of pregnancy? Period happened on 22 and 23rd January and the incident happened on 5th February and the cycle is 27-28 days... Thank you in advance for giving me the perfect answer...
