Massive night fall
Suffering from night fall from last 6 year...please let me know how to resolve this problem...happens twice a day or may be more

Night fall is a natural process is common at your age . But excess of it may be psychological or pathological problem. U should start with meditation and relaxation exercises. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid carbonated drinks .Avoid excess amount of tea and coffee.
