I have so wide face due to masseter muscles can i get it reduced permanently by botox are there any side effects i want a permanent treatment and is there any chance of problem in near future can anyone guide please

Yes botox will help , but needs to be done after complete facial evaluation by someone who is doing the procedure regularly and experienced in doing it. The number of units needed/administered, needs to be planned properly.
Also do you have problem of bruxism.
