Hi, I have ddd for 10 years but I was careless, I did everything my first dr told me not to do, because 2 years after I consulted a second dr, and second dr told me I don't have any ddd its just in my head. So I stopped physiotherapy exercise, I climbed stairs and bent down, picked heavy stuff, did heavy packing and moving related stuff happily.. now I started hip pain and knee pain on right side, third dr told its Exaggerated Lumbar Spondylosis with Lordois and osteophytes at knee.. he asked me to wear belt .. I am doing physiotherapy and use massage gun at night.. is it safe to use? Any other changes I need... please kindly support with some suggestions, God bless

Care AI Shimmer
Do physiotherapy for both knee and spine. Don't lift heavy weights. Avoid climbing stairs as it will increase knee pain. If pain take analgesics
Next Steps
If you experience any radiating pain or numbness kindly consult an orthopedician.
