9 days ago I took a joint (Marijuana + Cigarette). I am not a regular user. Day 1 - I felt like I was not in this world and this world is not real.
I found its called derealization.
I got a serious anxiety attack, and I asked my friends to take me to Hospital
Day 2 - Still I was not feeling reality, and world seems to be an illusion or dream
Day 3, 4 - I felt the same but less intense
On all above days I was just drinking water and moving continuously. I was able to talk to everyone and do all activities except attending calls and anything that requires imagination
Also I was in constant fear whether I would be normal again or not
Day 5,6 - I was in same constant fear and every now and then I was doubting the reality
I had one more panic attack and derealization episode
Day 7,8 - I started swimming and going out more, so that I can feel normal. It worked but only for few moments
Day 9 - From last 3 days I am feeling more depressed, and loss of interest in living.
