Greetings. Are these moles or DPN ? Have you seen any qualified dermatologist yet for this ?? No creams can work efficiently on moles. You'll have to get them removed by radio frequency ablation treatment or by punch excision and closure depending on the size and depth. Hope this helps. Warm regards
