How to get rid of man boobs? Its really irritating!! It makes it worse to wear skinny t shirts !! Help me with useful tips and ideas...

Liposuction is probably the best treatment. If you are over weight, weight loss may help to some extent. Also if there's a prominent breast nodule/ mammary tissue, better to get a hormonal assessment. Take care.
