It's quite uncommon to lose your memory at this age as a result of physiological changes. You should focus on your mood, lifestyle, and stressors.
Some tips
1. Take healthy and regular meals; don't skip breakfast
2.do some regular vigorous physical activity
3. Take proper sleep
4. Some supplements like Omega3 are found to be helpful
5. Training in memory and study skills will help
If problem persist, consult a clinical psychologist.
Wish you good luck

Inability to recall day to day events or forgetfulness can be related to multiple psychological, psychiatric, or neurological causes. At your age the more common reasons could be concentration lapses, inadequate attention, substance abuse, poor nutrition, anxiety or depression. You would require a detailed evaluation to assess the cause of forgetfulness in your case. Exercise, medication, healthy diet, and relaxation can help you in the meanwhile. Memory aids like pneumonic, taking rest between reading, etc can help you as well. Hope this helps you..
