Malasma on my face
I got dark brown spot on my face I have tried many treatment nothing is working Is there any permanent solution

Melasma is slightly difficult to treat. If creams have not worked much, you can try chemical peels which work nicely. NdYag laser is also supposed to work to some extent. You can consult me at my clinic for detials of the procedure and cost.
