GOOD AFTER NOON! yes medicines are available for 2months old with malaria. But for Dengue treat treatment even for adults is not available . The principle is reduce the fever first with paracetamol 10mg per kg. then give chloquine 10mg / kg body weight, followed by 5mg at 6, 24 and 48hours. Primaquine is not given, Various other anti malarial are also recommended .complications are very bad , hence it is wise to protect children.
