Is there any treatment for malar festoons?
They are now noticeable just on the cheek bone.

Hello
The best way to treat Malar Festoon is Surgical.
Laser resurfacing is not curative and its more like resurfacing of superficial layer while malar festoon is more because of protrusion of fat pads which can be treated surgically by blepharoplasty
