I am 19 yes old and I have small penis when erect it only 3 inches long I want to make it much long so pls suggest some way

Dear Practo user.....3 inches penis is sufficient for good sex dont be fooled with th myth of having large penis for more sexual pleasure n satisfaction.... medicine and exercises cant increase the size of penis but can improve health of it....surgery is an option but may end up on dangerous out come so i dont recommend this for you.....consult a good sexologist... for penile health...
