Major pigmentation around lips/nose
I have been having dark patches around my lips, which is now growing around nose also. very dry skin, keep applying olive oil, glycerine etc, no relief

Seems you are having seborrehic dermatitis. Better to visit dermatologist in person for confirm diagnosis n proper treatment advice. meanwhile, apply good , fragrance free moisturiser frequently.
take diet rich in vitamin A and vitamin C products.
