Major depression nd anxiety rumination
I'm taking vartoixetine 10mg for about 5 weeks...hopefully it doing well for me...now I am handling with nausea,anorexia,sleeplessness?shall I take it morning?(currently I'm taking at night).

It would be rather better to take Vortixetine 5mg twice in a day.
Not known to cause nausea,anorexia. However do consult your doctor for change of regime.
