Doing sex back to back requires a good amount of sexual desire and not eat to all. But if you try next day or after few hours erections may happen. Further you are loosing erections while in foreplay may be bcoz of poor focus in sex or may be due to other bodily causes. Consult sexologist for further probing either directly or online.
