I have been suffering from left knee swelling issue from last 12 years and recently diagnosed with Psoriatic arithritis only without psoriasis after developing pain in other body parts as well. How should I care it apart from medicine and physiotherapy? Can I go for body massage therapy also? Will it help?

Body massage therapy may help with symptomatic relief but do not massage the joint when it is actively paining and swollen.
You can use alternate ice packs and hot fomentation on the inflamed joints whenever there is pain and swelling.
Make sure you have adequate rest and sleep.
Eat a balanced diet. Avoid alcohol and red meat if you do consume it.
Incorporate a daily exercise routine after discussing with your physiotherapist.. around 20 to 30 minutes of exercise daily.
Try and reduce your stress levels. Yoga and meditation helps.
Take your medications regularly and on time.
Follow up with your treating doctor regularly and do the tests advised by them on a regular basis.
