Please tell me what are all the thing to do when we came from outside in home..like washing clothes ,sanitising..please tell me in detail how to wash, sanitise for how much duration all..is hair wash necessary..

1) keep a spray sanitizer at the door step in and sanitize your bag, helmet any object that u have in hand
2) wash your hands with handwash
2)Put outside worn clothes separately in a bucket add a cap of dettol liquid with water soak in for 10 minutes and then wash with regular detergent
3) Taking shower is important
