I'm a civil service aspirant and I study for around 12 hours daily. Can you please suggest me some ways with which I can maintain a good vision which will help me clear medical exams further. One eye power is 6/6 while other is -0.50D. thanks

must be using computer and mobile. all these are responsible for dry eye.please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.

Next Steps

follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C.. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
