Hi, I'm a 17 year old male, quite fit...
I do have health related anxiety since 6 months..
I suffer from heart palpitations and a bounding pulse that i feel all the time and is reallyy disturbing sometimes... I do feel other symptoms as well like migraines, exhaustion, cracking bones etc.
I read about the effects of magnesium on nerves heart and bones... It shows promising results...
So my question is should i go for it?
And which supplement would be recommended?
Please tell me if its possible as i dont want to hook on to anxiety medications... And i dont really want to bear their side effects.
I just want to become normal as i used to be, without affecting my health further.
Please help, thanx.
